Jobs Description

- Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees and assist HR with recruiting when necessary. - Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. - Develop and maintain a filing system. - Provide general support to visitors. - Provide information by answering questions and requests. - Research and creates presentations. - Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities. - Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies. - Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. - Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff. - Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc. - Maintain computer and manual filing systems. - Take accurate minutes of meetings. - Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries. - Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient. - Resolve administrative problems. - Receive, sort and distribute the mail. - Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records. - Greet and assist visitors to the office. - Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required. - Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities. - General office management such as ordering stationary. - Arranging both internal and external events. - Review and check contracts of company leasing. - Make contract, agreement and others necessary documentations. - Handle on government officer/ Administrative procedure. - Process legal document compliance required by concerned government institutions.

Jobs Requirement
