- Control the correct receiving of goods (FOC) and inform appropriate supervisor in case of discrepancies. - All kind of product SKU (FOC) and for pack redemption must be sufficiency and ready for DSR. - Make sure all daily counting/ checking for pack redemption are corrected and all promotion program are aligning with the procedure. - Make sure all stocks balance by program are corrected - Daily reports should send to all concern person as required - Weekly reports summary for pack redemption mush be send to concern persons for every Saturday and empty pack redemption should be send for every Monday - Closely monitoring and following up with BAT teams in order to have stocks redemption claim back after everything are submitted to BAT. - Closely monitoring with (FOC) SOH in order to have sufficiency stocks for DSR exchange on daily basic. - Any unpredictable happen (Huge (unmoral) of empty pack delivered by DSR, shortage of FOC etc. it should be immediately report to supervisor/ line manager. - Assist to maintain and keep clean at working area and well organized way. - Assist in protecting company assets through promoting awareness of loss prevention

- Age from 18 to 35 years old - Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields - At least 1 years’ experience in warehouse and/or related position - Knowledge of sale admin process - Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills - Good communication in team, other stakeholders, or customers
