Job Description • Develop and supervise strategies for the effective management of compliance risks; • Develop and maintain the awareness of compliance functions through the provision of regular communications, training and education to staff and advisors; • Develop and maintain monitoring programs in the detection of compliance risks or issues; • Recommend practical risk-mitigation actions to ensure that compliance risks are promptly addressed; • Assist in the investigation of complaints involving non-compliant matters; • Assist in the preparation of internal and external reporting requirements, including liaising with different business units and/or regional counterparts for its the timely and accurate submission; • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements: • Law degree holder or related discipline from reputable universities; • At least 3 years experience in insurance, financial sector or law firm; • Compliance, audit or risk management experience will be an advantage; • Willing to learn about new industry; • Ability to work effectively in a team and multi-cultural environment; • Ability to communicate legal and compliance requirements to internal stakeholders; • Excellent communication, negotiation and influence skills; • Analytical, attention to details, and creative problem solving abilities • To understand complexity and immaturity of in-house compliance functions in Cambodia • To communicate compliance requirements with management in various departments; • To have good problem solving or influencing skills; • To monitor actions/follow up on compliance related matters; • To understand MFC’s compliance requirements such as records management, privacy, anti-fraud, anti-bribery and social media; • We are committed to be an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation or age” Interested applicants meeting the above requirements should submit their CVs, covering letters and National ID card by going to this link: http://www.manulife.com.kh/Corporate-Careers-Career-Possibilities and follow each of its step.
