POSITION SUMMARY: The Graphic Design Officer of the Credit Bureau Cambodia (CBC) is responsible for produce and oversee digital and print creative solutions to address our marketing needs. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. And you should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures/leaflets and product packaging. Ultimately, you will ensure the design team promotes our brand through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines. Additional tasks will be assigned by supervisor/marketing manager. RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES: • Work closely with Marketing team and related stakeholders • Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery • Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics • Review existing designed items and work with external vendor to ensure high quality • Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software • Apply typography techniques • Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services • Increase user friendliness in digital products • Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects • Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools • Other tasks assigned by marketing manager

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field • Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role at least 6 months is a plus • Experience with UI/UX and digital content design background and an interest in banking and finance • Previous working experience with advertising agency and video animation is a plus • Be able to work under pressure and work as a team SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: • Portfolio of completed design projects • Proficient and Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and others • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts • Attention to visual details • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, out of the box thinker, able to solve problems
