 Daily management of the assigned restaurant with ongoing orientation and reporting to the Area Manager  Budget and P&L responsibility for the restaurant  Recruitment of employees to your department in cooperation with Area and HR Manager  Personnel responsibility for the employees of the department  Shift planning  Follow-up and development of Shift Leaders and service staff  Act as a culture ambassador and ensure a positive working environment  Further develop the department according to Pink Fish´s requirements and expectations  Update routines and operate in the best possible way both economically and qualitatively  Maintain and follow-up chain requirements from Pink Fish  Overall responsible for daily operation of the restaurant

 GCE ‘O’/’A’ Level / Diploma  A minimum of three (3) years of relevant operationally experience from the F&B industry  Great leadership skills, as we hire for attitude and train for skills  Is result-oriented and has a good financial understanding
