- Input all accounting transactions into system - Generating A/P & A/R Aging and inventory report - Check and ensure that the books and records are updated accurately and timely - Prepare and follow up on some balance sheet schedules as instructed including the advanced payments - Check and verify for monthly and annual tax declaration and tax audit - Prepare Payment Vouchers, Petty cash Vouchers to Supplier follow the payment schedule - Maintain customer confidence and protect operation by keeping financial information confidential and ensure all files and reports are properly filed for future reference - Prepare schedule and conduct monthly inventory physical count and manage inventory reports - Preparing Financial statement - Other tasks assigned by management
