1.Job Purpose: Execute a defined corporate sales channel plan which meets sales volume and objectives in most effective and efficient utilization of resources. * Principal Accountabilities: •Work to ensure that objectives in terms of walk-in,revenue, profitability, sales growth and customer retention are achieved. •Plan and develop the call plan by target business customer to achieve the high awareness of the restaurant's offers and translated into high conversion ration of sales. •Conduct regular customer visit as per call plan to collect customer preference and recommend for any change is required in order to customize the offer/service as to customer's need. •Drive sales lead generation, presentation of product/service offer, negotiation, signup contract document preparation, and ensure payment and contract term are compl ied by the customer. •Establish close working relationship with key customers and community leaders to gai n their support and loyalty, plus generate more sales lead through networki ng. •Provide on•-going market intelligent reports to inform management decision and planni ng, where this include customer satisfaction and competitor's activities in the areas. •Actively contribute to restaurant advocacy. 3.Key Result Areas: •Customer Satisfaction •Total sales Revenue •Number of event sales •Total revenue from event sales •Total number of Customer Walk-In •Average Sales Per Event Customer •Number of visit/meeting with Customers •Volume of Sales pipeline

*Knowledge Skills and Experience: •Approx. 2 years experience in corporate sales representative level industry hospitality •Associ ate or Bachelor Degree or equivalence •Good command of English, Fluency of both spoken and written and CHINESE language speaki ng is a plus. •Core basic hospital ity (especially Restaurant's) knowledge •Effective Sel ling competent •Computer Skills: Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint, E-mail •Driving License •Basis people management •Good interpersonal skill •Effective communication •Self-motivati on, strong initiative and active team player
