Jobs Description

Individual Contributor role, reporting to the Global Vice President Sales in Europe. To grow the organisations market share in Southeast Asia. acquiring new accounts and increasing revenue within existing accounts. Provide support, mentoring and strengthen relationships with the local distributors and customers. Review the Distribution strategy per country Create the specific Sales strategy per market segment and product line. Work on a specific Sales strategy to expand sales of services and spare parts Gather market Intelligence, regionally and locally for each key market. Provide detailed data to the HQ and Global VP Sales. Implement regional and local marcom campaigns, through local trade shows and digital media (contents, partnerships) Travel: Over 50%, except during covid-period Location: Southeast Asia, preferably in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur or Singapore

Jobs Requirement

The ideal candidate would be a seasoned technical sales rep/manager with solid experience selling to the food manufacturing industry, already based in Bangkok or Southeast Asia. Preferably a graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering A minimum of 5 years work experience, including a first experience of client facing and direct report to a Sales Leader Experienced in Direct Sales to key accounts AND in channel sales through distributors Preferably a first experience coordinating/liaising technical support with client for various requirements from quotations to installation and maintenance Preferably some experience managing a sales channel, understands well the legal and operational aspects of working with different types of channels such as agents, distributors and dealers Fluency in English is a must, speaking a regional language would be an asset (Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese) Personality: fast learner, straight-forward, dynamic, go-getter attitude, strategic thinking, outstanding sales skills, ability to work remotely with technical teams, etc. Deep understanding of the food industry sector and competitive landscape Position potentially open to junior candidates with great soft skills, and solid and good knowledge of the food industry in the region
