Making aggressive sales strategies and manage sales to achieve targets Make and implement pricing strategies to meet with profit targets Manage the productivity of the team by setting target markets, products, customers, profitability and the product mix. Prepare and implement strategies for serving customer/market segments by direct business/channel partners. Market Management Identify target customers for selling products in target markets (Waterproofing, Performance Flooring, Grouts, Repairs, etc), set market share targets and achieve them Identify new markets, make and implement entry and growth strategies. identify the key competitors, products, future trends and customer needs and communicate with technical and marketing teams to initiate product development as needed. Make and implement strategies to introduce new products and technologies by market communication, seminars and training of the customers and influencers groups. Leadership Provide visible leadership by managing selected key accounts, leading the new technology sales, support own teams when needed in sales processes and lead the negotiation teams in major negotiations. Facilitate the training and development of own team members by organising technical and soft skill trainings and development

Education: Degree In Civil Engineering or related field Working Experience: Minimum 10 Years In Concrete, Construction Industry Technical & Professional Knowledge: Technically Competent With Professional & Business Skills In MNC Environment Prior management experience (4 years) is preferred
