• Be understand the business requirements and design reports for the business stakeholders • Participate in business analysis activities to gather requirement • Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports • Develop/enhance reports in Jasper Report and Oracle BI • Translate and simplify business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the reports and dashboards

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent • Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities • Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL and knowledge of Relational Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL and SQL Server) • Performance tuning experience related to reporting queries • Understand key Financial and Banking concepts • Basic understanding with Data Warehouse and ETL • Knowledge and experience with reporting packages (Jasper Report, Oracle BI) • Creative, good problem solving and research skills
