• Manage operations of dry port, warehousing, distribution, transportation, freight forwarding in Cambodia. • Develop & prepare operations performance reports, on monthly and quarterly basis. • Establish and maintain operations’ policies and procedures for the company that align with mother’s company • Understand and adhere to occupational safety & health regulations and legislation. • Work closely with Sales Manager to ensure customer requirements be met. • Oversee and develop Operations team.

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Logistics/ or related field. • At least 5 years’ experiences in logistics or freight forwarding sector with 3 years in Operations Manager position . • Work experiences in Logistics Company based in Cambodia and/or any other ASEAN countries would be preferable. • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people management, leadership and both written and spoken communicati on skills.
