Develop project management approach for the projects under execution Ensure adherence to the defined policies and project management framework Estimate the project scope, project effort, and resource needs Develop and manage standard project cost structures to suit project needs Manage changes to project scope, costs, time, resources as part of change management and provide visibility to management on the project's progress Estimate potential risk and mitigate from time to time to reduce its negative impact on the project Maintain project schedule and cost baselines Manage project issues, including tracking to closure Manage customer expectations and relationships Manage cross function projects and shared resources Manage and control vendors Monitor and control project to ensure the deliverable, according to project milestones Provide customer satisfaction survey according to the project key measurement Experience with the software development lifecycle Passionate about software and coding (role may require occasional coding and code reviewing) Report to Foreign Manager

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Sciences or related fields At least 5 years experience in IT project management (Online Business is preferable) Ability to understand source code Technical understanding including software, network and computer coding etc. Ability to analyze information and gleam insights from data Good at informing others and at communicating with many different teams Excellent at problem solving Strong data center management skills Very good command of English both writing & speaking
