Jobs Description

The Duty Holder is required to perform and oversee the specific tasks as described below, and other tasks assigned by Direct Supervisor, but not limited … ➢ Works with relevant staffs/departments with MPC to develop budget plans ➢ Responsible for managing transactions of accounting tasks to ensure that all in-out cash is well managed under the policies stated ➢ Responsible for producing financial statements, with the provision of a comprehensively update, and report ➢ Responsible for preparing to close budget expenses transactions as monthly, quarterly, and annually ➢ Works with involved people in reconciliation accounts payable and receivable ➢ Responsible for making bank payments timely ➢ Responsible for computing taxes and preparing tax returns ➢ Responsible for managing statements of balance sheets and profit/loss ➢ Responsible for producing a report on the company’s financial and liquidity status ➢ Responsible for performing internal audit and conducting an external audit on financial transactions and documents ➢ Responsible for reinforcing financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary ➢ Responsible for guiding financial management and transactions for involved staffs, and ensure that they understand and comply with financial policies and guidelines/regulations ➢ Responsible for preparing and processing agreements of related financial transactions with customer/client, business partner, and contractor
