- Manage HR & Admin department, coordinate and assign tasks in the department. - Recruit, interview and screen for vacant positions. - Prepare monthly Payroll, Compensation, Final Pay and Coordinate with Head Quarter to secure to make sure the salary will release on time. - Coordinate with HoD to Prepare, Update the Organization Chat & Job Descriptions for all positions and Department. - Update HR policies and procedures. - Manage personnel files of all staff. - Update staff movement report to the management. - Update internal rules and regulations of the company. - Work closely with line supervisor/managers for conducting appraisal job performance. - To manage the monthly staff birthday, team building & Annual staff party. - Managing and controlling staff accommodation, catering and transport for our staff when necessary - Managing compensation and benefits plans - Report on employee turnover rates - Organize employee records, like contracts, paying special attention to work permits and visas - Schedule training for all hotel employees (for example, customer service skills training) - Ensure hotel staff complies with relevant health and safety regulations

- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or related fields. - Well understanding with Cambodia Labor Law. - Work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry - Excellent communication skills - Additional diploma in Hotel Management is a plus - Both local & Expat are welcome to apply - Only Female
