** Location: National Road 3, Prek Kreng Village, Prek Thnout Commune, Toek Chou District, Kampot Province, Kingdom of Cambodia 1. Workforce planning and annual budget to meet the target of the factory. 2. Create and modify procedure, organize, JD and maintenance document. 3. Audit document GMP, FSSC 22000 and HACCP for food plants in the maintenance section. 4. Control, order, and monitor the maintenance of plant machinery. 5. Check the electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality 6. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities 7. Monitor equipment inventory spar part and place orders when necessary. 8. Keep maintenance logs and report on daily and monthly activities. 9. Maintain effective preventive maintenance (PM). 1. Develop and improve production processes, production methods and machinery, and effectiveness. 10. Develop energy conservation projects and measures to reduce costs within the factory. 11. Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.
