- Manage and prepare monthly cash on hand and cash in bank - Prepare invoice and collect payment from customers - Control AR and insure the information are up to date - Control AP and Prepare payment schedule and ensure the information are up to date - Prepare monthly purchase record and Tax declaration and payment - Check and payment monthly NSSF - Entry accounting transaction into Accounting System - Control fixed asset list and depreciation schedule. - Other tasks assigned by Manager and helping some administration tasks as required
