Your assignment You provide strong range support to Thailand SO Sales team, stores’ matrix as well as within the Supply & Availability team. You are responsible for the administration of the store range in accordance with the country and store range classification and secure that all relevant parameters are updated. You will support the range change implementation in the stores (News and outgoing process) ensuring NEWs are sales start on time and outgoing are sell out by PCD (Product Change Date). You are also responsible in range management, ensuring the agreed range is stocked and sold in Thailand stores. You will also provide information on range deviation every PCD and initiate corrective actions in cooperation with Sales leaders. You will safeguard availability through monitoring replenishment parameters for new products (NEWS) You will work closely with Product Requirements & Compliance Specialist to ensure the regulated NEWS products could sales start on time in the selling units.

Your profile You are likely to have some experience in product management, sales or logistics. You share the IKEA values and belief in growing business and people together. You are energetic, highly passionate for home furnishings and have a strong desire to learn and acquire new skills and knowledge. You are motivated, vigilant in keeping to deadlines, meticulous and able to multi-task, possess good time management skills and able to prioritize well. A strong team player who can also act and work independently with a flair of engaging people at all levels. Proficient in the use of the various systems and tools such as PCM, DSP, Navision, OMS, SCM and Microsoft Office is required for the role.
