Jobs Description

- Arrange time schedule (meeting/appointment/travelling plan) for GM; - Monitor agreement contract before submitting to GM; - Follow up department working process and report to GM; - Liaise with all departments to solve problem happening; - To be representative of GM in meeting as required; - Facilitate all related office affairs in GM’s office; - File/Folder keeping and arrangement; - Perform other task assigned by GM.

Jobs Requirement

- University degree in Business Administration; - At least 2 years related work experience as an assistant to chairman/CEO/Manager or similar management level; - Understanding in Real Estate/Construction field is preferred; - Abilities to perform the role and mission travel when required. - Good computer skills (Ms.Word/Excel, Power Point, internet/e-mail etc.) - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a plus; - Able to work under pressure to meet deadline. - Good at presentation skills and able to work independently.
