- Creating lead to approach and provide a professional consultant of Life Insurance. - Conduct sales activity to find new customers. - Approach potential customers from our bank partner in professional way. - Provide the right information of each life insurance product to our costumers. - Work closely with introducer to get referrals and closing sales with a high conversion rate. - Track number of referral from bank partner - Identify potential customers through collecting, analyzing and developing appropriate information necessary for life insurance policy - Deliver customer services, strengthen network relationship - Fully support aftersales service to customers. - Achieving sales target which is settled by sales management - Handle customer’s complaint and take appropriate action to solve the problem - Keep good communication with both team work and across function. - Perform other duties assigned by manager

- BBA – Sales/Marketing major or equivalent. - 1 to 2 years outdoor sales experience in any sector preferable from finance & FMCG - Experience in corporate sales and negotiation with partnerships is advantage. - Be able to go out and meet customers in the field - Excellent interpersonal and communication skill - Fast learner and passion for sales - Good customer relation, strong commitment - Independent working and support least from managements - Basic computer literacy (MS Word/Excel, Internet, E-mail) is essential - Good English would be an additional advantage.
