1. Implement department audit plan and prepare audit plan 2. On-site inspection of the documents and materials of the audited unit 3. Analyze audit results and prepare audit reports 4. Perform follow-up audits 5. Daily review and supervision of the implementation of the company's process system (including but not limited to budget, expense reimbursement, engineering, procurement, investment promotion, property management, funds, finance, etc.)

1. Audit or accounting major; 2. Familiar with Cambodian laws, regulations, policies and corporate accounting standards in finance, auditing and taxation; 3. Limited consideration of relevant work experience in the real estate, property management, and other industries; 4. Limited consideration of holding ACCA certificate 5. Good professional ethics, continuous learning ability, good language, and written expression ability, independent communication and coordination ability, flexible adaptability, a strong sense of responsibility, able to work on business trips; 6. Fluent in Khmer, Chinese or English
