- Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market - Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales - Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections - Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals - Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers - Set up annual sale plans for yearly and summit to Managing Director - Researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. - Also manage both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operation goals. - Develop field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and sales goods - Identify different consumer requirements to properly identify marketing opportunities. - Frequency follow up sale team activities to ensure efficiency sale results - Perform for outdoor sale activities - Summit monthly sale reports to Managing Director - Willing to travel to provinces if needed. - Any tasks that be assigned by Managing Director

- Bachelor’s degree in Sale and Marketing or other related field - 3-5 years of experience in sale representative, preferred in same industry - 1-2 years of management experience - Strong intrapersonal skills - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting - Exceptional understanding of sales marketing - Proven ability to learn and understand company policies and procedures - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work under pressure preferred - Be Honest and dependable any benefits for team
