* Position Summary: As part of its newly established Center for Innovation Research, we are looking for a candidate to fill the position of Research and Administration Assistant whose main roles are to support the Vice President (for Administration and Research) in applying for research grants, manage research and training projects and daily operations of the Center. * MAIN KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ▪Under the guidance of VP for Administration and Research, actively seek out for research grant opportunities; ▪Contribute to grant proposal development and submission; ▪Contribute to the design and implement research projects and deliver the results on time; ▪Review relevant literature, provide technical input on methodology and conceptualisation, and take part in data analysis and write-ups; ▪Write and assist in preparing for research publications to be published in both local and international outlets; ▪Monitor project planning, budgeting and staffing; ▪Take part in networking and consultation with all relevant partners, including the government agencies, NGOs, donors and other research institutes and universities in and outside Cambodia; ▪Performance administrative and public relation tasks; and ▪Carry out other duties as assigned by the Vice President or Project Manager.
