- Assess children, youth and their families for M’lop Tapang’s programs - Ensure that children and families know of, and have access to all M’lop Tapang services appropriate for their needs. - Be the case manager of children and families, ensure their case files are updated and information is kept safe. - Offer counseling and support when children and families are facing problems. - Make clear plans with children and families. - Join M’lop Tapang’s activities with children. - Collaborate with the outreach team members and your program, share information with your manager and other teams, especially when children are facing a high level of risk. - Create monthly and weekly reports on your activities. - Work in positive collaboration with NGO partners and Government.
