Jobs Description

- Analyze supplier A / P forecasts weekly to ensure no cash flow obstruction - In-charge of all accounting activities - Managing and supervising operation of cash/sale management, payroll, utilities - Monitoring revenue and expenditure transaction - Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions - Oversee Tax declarations of each branch/business (VAT, WHT, TOS, Profit Tax etc.) and annual tax closing - Analyze Financial Forecast, Cash flow Forecast Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly - Fix asset management, stock/inventory control report - Develop a strategic plan and action plan for the financial sector - Contribute to the strategic plan of the company by analyzing the budget plan for each department - Analyze and save the reserve package when there is any blockage - Review the accounting receipts from the accounting department weekly - Calculate Costs and Total Costs of Import Reports - Total Financial Report / Financial Statement every month - Provide monthly analysis and presentation of the company's financial position - Analyze financial risks and possibilities to open business opportunities - Compare Sale collect / forecast to Inventory forecast / collect every weekly - Develop financial management policies and procedures - Lead the implementation of financial principles - Perform other tasks assigned by management

Jobs Requirement
