- Supervise the MEP installation during construction. - Manage the subcontractors and staffs to meet the schedule and construction quality. - Solve the problems related with MEP during construction. - Communicate fluently with the owner, architecture engineers and MEP subcontractors. - Estimate the construction cost and calculate material quantities for construction. - Prepare the documents related with construction (Schedule, Inspection, Shop drawings)
