** Reporting directly to the HR & Finance Supervisor. ** Duties: - Posting all purchase invoices, Payment voucher, Petty cash vouchers to accounting system - Prepare payments to suppliers by written cheque and telegraphic transfer - Maintain all invoices and supporting documents - Update bank book - Update tax working list: Purchase record, Fringe Benefit tax, Withholding tax, and E-VAT refund list as directed by finance supervisor - Submit monthly tax declaration documents to tax department - Checking field supply before sending to site - Air ticket and accommodation booking - Order a field supplies sometime - Submit documents to relevant ministries if require - Other tasks which are assigned by management
