** Sales Manager (1 Position) - Responsible for managing the sales & marketing team, developing a business plan covering sales & marketing, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the Company’s presence throughout Cambodia. - Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts, market trends, market competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort, and sales promotion programmed plans. - Ensure that all sales & marketing representative activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the company. - Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales & marketing team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports. - Personally, observe the performance of sales & marketing representatives in the field on a regular basis. - Knows how to set and meet targets, develop continuous improvement plans, control budgets and increase productivity. - Provide training to new and existing staff as needed. - Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc. - Monitoring your fleets sale/service performance and demand. - Continuously looking for area for implementation to achieve higher efficiency and Effectiveness of sale/services and factory operations. - Weekly update and analyse total market situation / customer feedback. - Prepare monthly production report and analysis. - Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client Satisfaction. ** Sales Representative (4 Positions) - Responsible for direct sales and Marketing in Phnom Penh. - Sale out door and collect payment - Have own a transportation - Outstanding relationship. - Good characteristic and honest - Strong ability to influence behavior change - Prepare daily and customer visit reports - Prepare weekly customer visit schedules
