- MBA or BBA in field of Management, Business Administration, English or other related fields; - At least 5-7 years’ experience as HR Manager from various industries such as Hotel, Restaurant and other relevant; - Knowledge of HR Manual & Policies development, & HR System Management; - Excellent Problem Solving Skill and Communication Skill; - Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy; - Excellent English written and verbal communication skills - Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills; - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company; - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
