- Control and instruct the sub-contractors. - Discussing work procedure with sub-contractors. - Arranging site inspection for consultants. - Preparing Cost estimates and authorizing technical drawings. - Attend and preparing minute and coordination meeting report, field inspections. - Making internal safety inspection and ensuring construction site safety. - Checking and preparing daily, weekly schedule and report - Maintaining quality control procedures - Other tasks assigned by line manager

- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering - At least 5 years experiences - Good command of English (Speaking and writing) - Good personality and able to work under pressure - Hand-on experience with Auto Cad (2D & 3D), SketchUp, Microsoft Project (is advantaged) - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) - Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skill - Flexible and reliable person - Be honest, high responsible and team work - Can work in Overtime
