- Execute and assist to 3 directors of the company and play roles as primary auditor for all Legalization and Compliance. - Develop a strategic plan to promote and ensure Legalization and Compliance. - Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program. - Assist departments in developing and review company policies, rule, and regulation - Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations - Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations. - Conduct regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risk. - Assess company operations to determine compliance risk. - Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance. - Any others ask assigned by Managing Director

Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field. - Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in a compliance officer role. - Brilliant oral and written communication skills. - Good in English language (speaking and writing) - Highly analytical with strong attention to detail, Passionate, dynamic, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. - Be punctual, discipline and high commitment to deliveries. - The ability to work in a team and collaborate well with others.
