Jobs Description

** Leadership and Management - Identify specific and clear goal for staff and be a role model of team to enhance core value and to accomplish company’s strategy. - Work with ethic, integrity and honesty to act as a role model of staff. - Identify and delegate clear responsibilities to all staff to ensure effective work performance. - Create strong relationships with staff in stores and store in other stores/departments. - Monitor staff performance in the store to improve their performance and build their capacity development. - Coach and train Area Manager, Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager in order to strengthen their operation and managerial skills. - Managing Quality control team, Research and development team as well as maintenance operation management. ** Planning and Execution - Coordinate with Area Manager/Store Manager to execute any promotions, program, projects, strategy and analyze on work result in order to achieve the goal - Analyze and monitor on the daily work system and create plan, suggestion for improvement on the weakness - Analyze and monitor on various expenses such as equipment/materials usage, maintenance cost, ingredients/ recipe and labor cost vice versus with sales revenue - Involve in plan and strategy development in order to achieve the excellent customer service, sales and effective store operation - Monitor and record the minute meeting with direct manager clearly and accurately ** Business Need Responsibility and Specialization on the position - Set the sales target for all stores under your management - Accountable for sales and profitability maximization for all stores - Create monthly & annually budget plan, operational budget and forecasting - Handle any issue and coordinate in daily work operation or during promotional period of new products - Monitor and check on the service of store and ask for feedback from customer to ensure that we have provided the excellent customer satisfaction to our customer and get the constructive feedback to store managerial team - Analyze and monitor on the daily work system and create plan, suggestion for improvement on the weakness - Analyze and monitor on various expenses such as equipment/materials usage, maintenance cost, ingredients/recipe and labor cost vice versus with sales revenue - Involve in plan and strategy development in order to achieve the excellent customer service, sales and effective store operation - Monitor and record the minute meeting with direct manager clearly and accurately ** Staff Development - Motivate staff and teamwork in order to achieve the business goal of company Evaluate and guide staff on their daily work performance by using effective system/method and identify the goal of specific and clear capacity development - Coach, train and direct staff in store to achieve goal and vision of TUBE

Jobs Requirement

** QUALIFICATION - Graduated bachelor or master degree in hospitality management, business or other related fields ** WORK EXPERIENCE - Over 5 years of work experience in F&B or similar industry - Over 5 years of work experience in store management (store operation, staffing, sales revenue…) or have experiences in management many stores within period of time ** SKILLS * Technical Skill - Excellent Customer Services Skills - Strong Knowledge in store management - Strong Leadership and Management skills (planning, staffing, monitoring, organizing) - Project Management and Planning skills, Sales Enhancement Skills, Financial Acumen Skills - Strong in budgeting and P&L analysis - Knowledge in Stock and Inventory Management - Good command in English language - Good command in Computer: Ms. Office, Internet & Email * Leadership Skill - Good at communication and interpersonal skills - Effective team and relationship building - Good at solving problem and decision-making skills - Good mentoring and supervision skills - Good at strategic and critical thinking skills - Result-oriented and multi-task management
