Accountabilities: 1. Take control on received material KEY ACTIVITY: - Pick materila sample before warehousing - Perceptible evaluate, quickly check and make decision, informed the results to related departments - Control inventory material - Conduct samples storage as policy - Timely report to superiors if there is any phenomenon in warehousing material, with urgent issues, able to over-rank report to other Managers in order to solve in time RESULT: - Obtain the ISO 22000 certificate and apply the ISO 22000 system into the quality control activities 2. Manage finished product quality KEY ACTIVITY: - Pick product samples at each step of production process - Perceptible evaluate, quickly check and make decision, informed the results to related departments - Control finshed product in inventory - Conduct samples storage as policy - Follow up packing process - Manage recycling - Timely report to superiors if there is any phenomenon in production and warehousing, with urgent issues, able to over-rank report to other Managers in order to solve in time RESULT: - Ensure good preservation of material and procducts (consolidation result of procducts which do not comply with ISO 22000 standards) - Ensure received material and finished products being standardized (QC officer collects information of monthly check-up by Department manager or result from production department) 3. Other tasks: KEY ACTIVITY: - Support to deploy documents storage according to ISO 22000 standards - Coordinate with service agency in pest killing according to reality in plants - Other tasks assigned by QC team leader RESULT: - Report on pest timely JOB PURPOSE: - Ensure high controlling received material before putting in warehouse in order to ensure stability in production process for producing high quality products - Control every steps of production process, finished products in inventory, goods delivered to customers - Execute all paperwork for QC team.
