• Control “Project Budget” to ensure all categories items spending are in line with budget. Any excess spending on each category’s item to report to relevant departments. • Close project Profit & Loss on monthly basic and analyze for discrepancy note and report to relevant depart-ments • Bookkeeping data onto Accounting System • Properly manage petty cash, cash advance & Clearance to ensure high quality of control and according to internal procedure • Prepare invoice to customer and follow up payment for received which is overdue • Maintain dealing with internal/external parties, especially with supplier and across departments • Perform other tasks assigned by management
