Purpose of the role: The sales Representatives are the frontline of the company to achieve distribution, sales volume, market share and the promotion of CBL’s products in their assigned territory. Job Description: - Well plan work schedule and timetables - Implement action plans (e.g. make regular calls/visits, take orders, etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories - Execute sales activities for assigned businesses/territories, including product portfolios, marketing display set-ups, point of sales material display and in-store merchandising - Increase number of new outlets in assigned businesses/territories - Prepare and/or review quotations, proposals and contracts to facilitate sales agreements, outlets sponsorship, signboard and build board placement - Build effective relationship with the agents’ owner and staff to ensure timely delivery of products to all wholesale and retail outlets within the assigned businesses/territories sales - Ensure agents are well implement the sales promotion well based on the guidelines from Trade Marketing - Maintain a customer complaints/issues log and follow up on customer issues - Respond to customer orders and queries. Inform current and prospective customers of promotions and new/upgraded products - Report on the activities and products of the competitors via inputs to the competition reports - Document daily sales activities, prepare accurate reports and communicate to sales supervisor

Jobs Requirement

Education and Work Experiences: -Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Business or equivalent -Preferably sales experience with other FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) companies Leadership Expectations: -Ability to connect and build trust through authentically empathy and logic -Ability to shape the future by thinking big and setting a clear strategy -Ability to develop, grow and motivate our people -Ability to set and deliver against ambitious targets by raising the bar and taking ownership for results -Ability to lead by example, promoting and role modelling the Heineken Behaviors in everything we do Technical Skills: -Management knowledge -Problem-solving skills -Negotiation and persuasive skills -Ability to work at night -Possess valid driving license. Language Requirement: -English: Intermediate level in written and spoken
