- Provide excellent customer service and experience - Ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction - Recommend gowns that suits customer’s requirement and assist customer in trying of gowns - Hold fitting sessions for measurements taking and final fitting of gowns - Build strong customer relationships and support - Handle customer requests, enquiries and follow-ups - Quality control of gowns including touching up of gowns such as sewing beads and laces - Coordinate and assist in packing orders prior to delivery - Achieve sales target with active participation in contributing towards sales goals
