• Lead a team of field sales executives to perform regular dealer visitations, and to achieve sales target as assigned by the company • Develop and assign daily route plan to field sales executives • Develop & evaluate on-the-job performance of sales team, and provide guidance whenever necessary • Develop field sales team capability through coaching and training • Ensure timeliness in execution of operational KPI including but not limited to cash collection, dealer visitation, POSM execution • Ensure diligent management of product inventory • Provide regular market feedback to field sales manager

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business or any related field • Good in English and Khmer, both written and spoken. • Strong selling skills • Excellent communication skills • Strong organization skills
