 Job Descriptions: • To have responsible for the Drafting architectural and structural shop drawings. • To check with the Design drawings. • To do site inspections and checking the drawings to actual construction • To assist in meetings with the client and various subcontractors. Interface to other trades like electrical and mechanical shop drawings • To prepare as- built drawings 【Allowance and Benefit】 • Annual Leave : 18 days • Food Allowance: $75/month *If the candidate come from other province • House Allowance: $50/month (Negotiation) *If the candidate come from other province • Transport Allowance: No (include in basic salary) • OT pay : Yes • NSSF : Yes • Income tax : Company will pay first, so the offer salary is always net salary. 【Working Hour/day】 • 7:00am to 4:00pm (1 Hour lunch break) • Monday to Saturday – 6 days/week

Requirement: - Fresh graduate to less than 4 years working experience - Team size for CAD: Main Office Chief 2, Leader 1, CAD operator 2 - Proficient in English language skill; if only able to use in daily conversation is also encourage to apply - Honest, patient, smart & fast learner
