-Maintain a smooth operation of all SIEM infrastructure. -Installation, configuration and maintenance of SIEM solutions. -Troubleshooting or if required communicating with Vendor Support Team to solve any issues. -Creates, maintains, and implements detailed documentation and maintains standard operating procedures. -Design, install, and implement cyber infrastructure solutions that integrate with the existing infrastructure. -Create and document network and system diagrams. -Health check monitoring and regular clients’ infrastructure maintenance. -Provides support 8x5, also responsible for on-call, extended hour, and weekend support as required by mission or emergency situations.

Minimum a bachelor’s degree in computer science or any IT related degrees. -2+ years of practical administration and operation experience. -Experiences in Linux environment (Certified preferred). -Experience of installation, configuration, and maintenance of SIEM solutions is an advantage. -Ability to write regular expressions is an advantage. -Experience with working with virtualization. -A self-learner with willing to learn and find the solution to existing challenges. -Excellent English written and communication skills. -Be able to work under pressure and to deadlines Be the good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills -Deep knowledge of Linux, TCP/IP, DNS, NTP, FTP, Virtualization, High Availability, Load Balancing, SQL Servers, Client/Server communications -Knowledge of Switching and Routing and network concepts.  ITIL Foundation v3 is desirable.
