1/ Recruitment Executive - Assist hiring manager to design accurate job description and prepare required networking and sourcing strategies and maintain professional relationships with various recruitment portals and screen all applicants and screen resumes for all hiring managers. - Coordinate with stakeholders and obtain all required feedback from them and prepare all required documents for same and ensure compliance to all hiring policies and procedures. - Participate in various recruitment events and maintain all work according to recruitment guidelines and implement various sourcing strategies and ensure achievement of all hiring demand. - Manage life cycle of recruitment processes and screen and perform interviews with all prospective candidates and develop and maintain professional relationships with various members and assist to automate recruitment systems according to processes. - Monitor all recruitment process and ensure adherence to local regulations and assist to recruit all top talent available for organize and perform interviews with all prospective manager. - Analyze all client profile and match and select candidate to provide resolution for all company profiles and provide feedback to all customers and recommend improvement strategies to increase profits. - Develop and maintain professional relationships with both applicant and internal, and analyze all staffing requirements and perform interviews for all candidates. - Administer all client interview processes and resolve all client issues and manage all businesses. - Schedule all interviews with all prospective manager and determine all business development and recruitment strategies. 2/Training Executive - Design, conduct and initiate relevant T & D programs for employees, existing and new, at all levels in the organisation. - Acts as the liaison and coordinator of program conducted by internal & external training partners. - Design a personal development plan (PDP) which is an integral part of the annual performance appraisal process, prepared after discussions between the employee, line manager and an HR representative, usually the T&D officer. - To record T&D requirements for employees within their area of responsibility, - Review existing program and resources to check if they can facilitate the T&D requirements, - Design new program and courses using relevant media and prepare an annual T&D schedule for the employee, after discussions with the concerned parties.

1/ Recruitment Executive - Partner with customers to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs - Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy - Research into industry, company, competitors and market place - Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications - Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels - Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility - Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits - Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries - Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion - Follow up with applicant and assist with the candidate’s transition and on boarding process - Network and build long-lasting applicant relationships - Know your area of expertise (specialized retail industry or job function) - Research and develop recruiting leads 2/ Training Executive - Good communication skills both verbal and written. - Ability to deliver program to a high quality. - Business awareness and commercially focused. - Leadership and strong management skills. - Ability to devise solutions to complex problems. - Energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others. - Personally credible with strong interpersonal skills. - Strong influence and negotiation skills. - Integrity and approach-ability.
