The Accounting Officer is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the accounting functions within the Accounting Department. Duties - Responsible for daily accounting operation - Control Cash Accounts - Work closely with HOD to administer accounting process in a transparent manner - Implement hotel internal control policies and procedure - Ensure that all the reports are accurate and transparency - Bank reconciliation and reconciliation of all general ledger balance - Prepare documents to support accounts in Balance Sheet and Statement of income. - Control fixed assets of company.

- At least a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management - Experience in Hospitality will be a strong advantage - Focused and calm under pressure - Communication skills in speaking/Writing English. - Knowledge of computer literacy (Knowledge in Quickbook, Microsoft office word, Excel) - Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Team player - Honest and adaptable.
