- Response for all reactive enquiry and follow up with potential franchisee. - Minimum 2 to 3 per day to explore in the city to look for potential franchisee pro-actively. - List down all the franchise contact and summarized by their willingness. - Explain and present about Franchise business in professional manner and polite way. - Regular follow up with all potential franchisee. - Delegated and reliable for all data keep and recorded. - Obedient and good communication with internal department. - Prepare site presentation weekly basic and report to Franchise manager and HOD every week. - Assist on presentation for budget profit & loss for potential franchise store. - Ensure to prepare Franchise contract, stamp duty, and other related matters timely basic. - Good communication, problem solving and ridiculous to take certain work pressure. - Good at concentrating and checking data and file keeping. - Other ad hoc duties assign by HOD.
