Overall responsibility - Ensure all the Purchase Orders issue on-time and correctly. - Ensure all the shipments arrive factory according to schedule to meet the garment delivery date. - Follow up closely about any claim issued from the production department or other departments. Key areas of responsibility - Checking purchase orders correctly to all requirements from the customer. - Checking all the purchase orders have been completed the confirmation back from suppliers. - Checking shipment record. - Settle all the shipments problem. - Settle all the materials claim from production or other departments. - Check payment records.
