Finance Manager - Be responsible for daily transactions of accounting to make sure that all transactions are smooth and accurate. - Control on the accountant and cash movement, cash on hand and cash in the bank. - Fixed management and perform physical counting and result reporting - Prepare daily cash management report. - Work closely with NBC and CMA for the new update of law and prackas related to finance. - Reconcile all transaction and prepare daily closing. - Prepare monthly accrued, adjustment and COM. - Prepare monthly tax declaration. - Prepare budget plan. - Prepare monthly NBC Report. - Other task assigned by superior. Tax Specialist - Prepare tax payments - Estimate and track tax returns - Complete quarterly and annual tax reports - Organize and update the company’s tax database - Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals - Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns - Share financial data with the accounting department - Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits - Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes - Liaise with internal and external auditors - Forecast tax predictions to Finance Manager Fix Asset Controller - Recording the cost of fixed assets that have been newly acquired. - Track of existing fixed assets. - Track of recording depreciation. - Perform accounting for the disposition of fixed assets. - Calculate the depreciation for all fixed assets. - Perform periodic impairment reviews for intangible assets. - Find out the potential obsolescence of fixed assets. - Perform regular physical inventory counts of fixed assets. - Give recommendations to management regarding the disposal (or not) of fixed assets. - Perform analysis related to fixed assets when requested by management. - Prepare audit schedules for fixed assets and help out auditors when they have inquiries. - Help with property tax returns. - Be the face of the company during government audits of fixed assets. - Monitor the expenditures of the company for fixed assets in comparison to capital budget and management authorizations.

Finance Manager • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Minimum 4 years of working experience in account management or related fields. • Good written and verbal communication skill in both Khmer and English. • Experience in Corporate income tax/withholding tax/Monthly Tax filing • Strong working knowledge of people skill. • Self-organize, good teamwork and problem- solving skills. • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skill • Experiences in retail is advantages Tax Specialist - Proven work experience as a Tax Accountant, Tax Analyst or Tax Prepare - Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures - Familiarity with accounting software packages - Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular) - Excellent analytical and time management skills - Strong numeracy skills - Keen attention to detail - BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant Fix Asset Controller - Possess Bachelor’s degree in accounting - Strong knowledge and experience of fixed assets and General Ledger - Possess strong proficiency in Excel - Strong communication and analytical skills - Strong ability to work individually or in a team setting - Excellent interpersonal and time management skills to meet time-sensitive deadlines - Strong ability to give attention to detail and to perform multiple tasks at the same time
