Job description • Issue purchase orders to suppliers, distributors, manufacture, Shop and project construction • Ensure that orders received are accurate. • Ensure goods received are not damaged. • Handle goods throughout the purchasing process. • Work closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company. • Maintain current awareness of industry market trends. • Conduct competitor analysis to identify currently products. • Keep accurate records of purchases made. • Monthly report to Purchase Manager. • To carefully checks purchase orders for accuracy, completeness and clarity. Purchasing officer must verify that product information, shipping information, cost and delivery dates are all correct before obtaining authorization to place an order. • Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirment o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. o At least 2 years of experience in Purchasing related to construction material and or engineers. o Written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer. o Knowledge in Computer Skills for purchasing reports and other purchasing software. o Strong interpersonal skills with Communication and problem-solving skills o Honest is a must. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast phase environment. Deadline: 20 July 2020.
