Job description • Develop and review of policies and procedures in relation to architectural structures and systems and construction/safety codes. • Supervise project / construction; coordinate the monitoring of construction progress and planning handle the technical regulation of the construction. • Lead to designs projects and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents. • Monitor architecture staff drawing, check the site of construction, structure. • Lead Project administration. • Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients. • Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists. • Producing detailed drawings from which costing are made. • Making sure that the project is running within the agreed time frame. • Leading engineers and working process of subcontractors to achieve or complete the work by the deadline. • Be able to work for all architect each as tile, Wall plastering ceiling and paint. • Other tasks assigned by the Manager

Job requirement o Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related studies. o At least 9 years working experience as building construction. o Able to read architecture drawing. o Proficient in English both written and oral to liaise with associates. o Able to handle sub-con, vendors, supplier and sometimes client coordination meeting incase design manger and team leader are not available. o Able to work with team and less supervision. o Able to work in a fast phase environment. o Good listener and detail oriented. o Good sense of time management. o Skill worker control Ability o Proficient in Microsoft power point, Ms. Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, 2D, 3D Max, Sketch Up Deadline: 20 July 2020.
