Jobs Description

Job description • Develop standard operating practices, policies and procedures to ensure that daily activities are in order. • Develop department’s goals and objectives for management approval. • Reviews and recommends new methods and procedures to make daily operations more efficient. • Train and Coaching Stock Controller and Stock Keep at Construction Sites. • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system • Check and Approve on weekly and monthly report from Deputy Stock Manager to support Accounting • Liaise with Site Manager, Project Manager, Accounting, and Procurement to support the Construction Site Operation • Follow regulations properly on arranging goods as well as warehouse diagram • Arrange, preserve goods logically, reasonably in order to avoid loss due to damage • Update stored product in according with rule. • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning; and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

Jobs Requirement

Qualification & Requirement +Warehouse Manager should possess the following qualifications: • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Accounting • At least 2 year experiences and Admin Officer & Stock controls • Good in Problem Solving skill • Ability to use software applications on inventory control system • Good command of spoken/written/presentation in English, and ability to work. • Be able to work under pressure, flexible, high commitment and hard working person. • Computer literacy especially MS Office and Peachtree. • Planning and organizing skills • The ability to work as part of a team • The ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team of people • Be patient and strictly on work with the good explanatio Deadline: 20 July 2020.
