* Responsibilities: As Interior Quantity Surveyor, your role is to assess, and check material quantities involved in interior works and furniture. This includes flooring, painting, wall and ceiling cladding, built-in and loose furniture, lighting, etc. • To keep an eye on expenses and optimizing material use in warehouse. • Prepare detailed cost estimate for interior works based on drawings and material lists • Ensure to get approval from clients for material change or specification change • Review project specifications against drawings to confirm there is no conflicting information • Check Tender documents ensuring that all technical specifications and drawings are included • Source suitable vendors and sub-contractors for projects with specific capacity and capability • Evaluate, validate and process sub-contractor invoices against works performed for payment • Prepare, update and submit progress claim reports weekly/monthly. • Liaise with Site Supervisors to ensure that works are performed in compliance with contract requirement. • Liaise with external consultants and clients as needed

* Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying related field. • At least 3 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying, building costing • Good interpretation and understanding of Architectural and Interior design drawings • Strong knowledge of ACAD • Detail‐oriented, dependable and self-directed * How to apply: Interested applicants should submit CV with recent photo, portfolio and cover letter, stating the position applied to info@tdb-projects.com Only shortlist candidates will be contacted for interview.
