Jobs Description

- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and -actions of the HR and Admin department. - Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems. - implementing and revising a company’s compensation program. - Conducting annual salary and benefit surveys. - Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program. - Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures. - Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling. - Provide daily advise to staffs on human resource issues. - Participating in administrative staff meetings. - Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts. - Provide related tasks that assigned my Top Management from time to time. • Manage company's recruitment like announcing, sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interviewing. • Manage the registration form, resignation for staff, and exit interview. • Heading department HR overall responsibility developing managing human resources the company. • Managing general HR practice such recruitment, staffing, management system, staff orientation, development training, compensation benefits. • Develop/update policies, procedures strategies under guidelines senior management, well for recruiting, hiring, testing training employees ensure employees with Company standards. • Ensure company policies comply labor law other regulation policy. • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, employee welfare and counseling. • Process the payroll for all the staff after obtaining approval from the Management. • Other Ad-Hoc duties and tasks assigned by the Management of the company.

Jobs Requirement
