Job Description: ▪ Set up and manage the company accounting policies and system. ▪ Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting functions including managing of the company accounting system and bookkeeping. ▪ Management of banking and office petty cash system and timely reconciliation ▪ Provide guideline of financial practices to related departments and assist them in development of policies. ▪ Prepare cost report and standard financial report. ▪ Analyze financial report, and advice management to maximize profit of the company’s business. ▪ Prepare timely cash forecast and budget on financial statement. ▪ Tax filling and report. ▪ Be able to use QuickBooks accounting system.
