- Achieve overall performance of Branch and his/her assign Units, in according to the set budget with BM; - Propose plan and develop action plan to achieve own unit’s budget; - Assist BM and other relevant section by feeding input, market feedback and idea for BM to develop Branch plan and strategy; - Each achievement of budget and profit budget of the amount of sales/profit/dealer development/member recruitment/card issuing/ delinquent credit management and expenses; - Facilitate, participate and drive for excellent execution for all company strategy and initiatives, which are related to branch operation and his/her units; - Matters that might related to assessment and credit control in branch; - Assist BM in work processing and asset management in branch; - Matters related to HR and administration job for branch; - Any other task assigned by reporting line /management

- Bachelor Degree in Management, HR, or related field - Minimum 03 to 05 years experience in similar role - Experience in managing banking operations, KPIs and cost structures are advantage - In-depth knowledge of the Cambodia banking industry. - Be proactive, commitment and able to travel cross province as business needs - Good knowledge of preparing and monitoring the Sales plan - English proficiency with MS.Office (Word, Excel. Power Point, etc.) - Strong inter and intra personal skill, problem solving skill, critical thinking skill, and motivation/energetic skill
